HEALTH AND SAFETY

Every Person has the RIGHT to a safe workplace. Steelcore Construction commits to working together with all
parties to make our construction environment free of incidents and accidents. Maintaining a positive attitude,
instilling co-operation and promoting a proactive approach will assist us in achieving our goal of an accident-free
workplace and making Steelcore Construction a prominent safety leader and with one of the safest work
environments.

Steelcore Construction promises that every precaution reasonable will be taken for the protection of all. No job is to be regarded as so urgent that it cannot be done in a safe manner. Ensuring adequate training in the construction industry is an ongoing responsibility due to changing work force, changes in materials and procedures used. It is essential that all personnel have up to date training to minimize incidents and injuries. We provide the necessary training and it is the responsibility of Trade Contractors to ensure the same for their personnel.

Safety is our number one priority. Our safety culture starts with Senior Management through to all our staff. This commitment has resulted in Steelcore Construction being COR Certified and an Accredited member of the Contractor Check Program.
