Scarborough Village Residence was renovation from a Hotel to create a 49 Room facility which can house up to 93 Shelter Beds. The project included a complete interior renovation to bring it up to current code, new kitchen facilities, laundry facilities as well as meeting and treatment rooms. Project includes construction of 2 Outbuildings as well new geo-thermal system, asphalt paving, concrete curbs and walks and full landscaping including a new gazebo for the clients to enjoy.
