Project included a new single-story heavy timber expansion of the Mid-Halton WWTP Administration and Operations Building comprising of mixed-use office space and workshop facility. Key servicing upgrades included a new natural gas generator, new water and natural gas services, parking lot expansion, site grading and landscaping. Interior renovations of the existing facility included remedial work required to the existing building will include additions and/or modifications to the Women’s and Men’s Change Rooms, new lunchroom facility, office and conference room refinishing.
