New build for a one-storey Library. This project followed the principals and guidelines to achieve LEED Certification. This project achieved LEED Silver Status. This ground-up project included some unique elements including Timber Siding, Solar Systems and Geo-Thermal field. The facility has several areas with aluminum and timber framed curtain walls.
