Steelcore Construction contracts with various Subcontractors and Suppliers to complete a project. We like to engage an Open & Fair Approach to our tender process. Subcontractors are encouraged to provide competitive quotes for all tenders. We will compare inclusions, exclusions, price, past work experience and Health & Safety records prior to finalizing a contract. Steelcore will work in collaboration with the Client, Consultant and Subcontractors to ensure a project is successfully completed on time and on schedule.

Subcontractor Documentation Requirements and Responsibilities:
Before commencing work, we will ensure compliance with our Project Health and Safety Policies and Program
including the below document requirements upon Acceptance of Award:

• Health & Safety Manual – Current within 1 Year
• Valid - Training Certificates for all site staff including WHMIS, Working at Heights, H&S Step Awareness,
• trade specific training, site specific training, etc.
• MOL – Form 1000
• Declaration of Competent Supervisor
• WSIB Clearance Certificate
